Returns and exchanges policy :

• Return and exchange can only be requested within 14 days from the delivery date
• If the product is defective or you got sent a wrong product , returning or exchanging will be free.
• When returning or exchanging for any other reason , client bares the shipping fees.
• All returned or exchanged items must be undamaged and packed as delivered.
• Clients are refunded through a carrier or through Vodafone cash .

Shipping process

• Shipments arrive within 2-5 days and maximum of 8 days for Delta , Red sea and lower Egypt’s governments
• shipments are delivered from 11 am to 6pm from Saturday to thuresday
• Carrier phones the client before heading to the shipping address and if they don’t answer he directly goes to the address
• You can easily reschedule your shipment delivery time with the carrier .
• f you cannot receive your order for any personal reason, we can change the delivery address or date upon request. Otherwise, the customer has to pay full shipping fees for the first purchase in order to make another purchase .
