Returns and exchanges policy:

• Return and exchange can only be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
• If the product is defective or you got sent the wrong product , returning or exchanging will be free.
• When returning or exchanging for any other reason , the client bears the shipping fees.
• All returned or exchanged items must be undamaged and packed as delivered.
• Clients are refunded through a carrier or through Vodafone cash.

Shipping process:

• Shipments arrive within 2-5 days and maximum of 8 days for Delta, Red sea and lower Egypt’s governments.
• Shipments are delivered from 11 am to 6 pm from Saturday to Thursday.
• Carrier phones the client before heading to the shipping address and if they don’t answer he directly goes to the address.
• You can easily reschedule your shipment delivery time with the carrier.
• If you cannot receive your order for any personal reason, we can change the delivery address or date upon request.
• Otherwise, the customer has to pay full shipping fees for the first purchase in order to make another purchase.
